Raw food diets are becoming increasingly popular because of all the health benefits. People who only consume raw food practice what is known as raw foodism or rawism, where they only eat uncooked, unprocessed and usually organic foods. These It's really not all that difficult to eat a raw food diet. Most vegetables you can eat raw, you can also have free range or organically laid raw eggs, some fish like sashimi or meat like carpaccio. Non pasteurized dairy products can be consumed too. These foods may be served raw, unheated, or cooked to a temperature less than 40 C to 46 C (104 F-115 F). Raw food can be divided into three: raw veganism, raw vegetarianism (who include eggs and dairy products), and those who have raw omnivorous diets.



The benefits of a raw food diet are tremendous and those who consume this diet know it very well. Many foods have digestive enzymes when they are in their natural state. Cooking destroys these digestive enzymes and this is typically the reason why when you consume a cooked meal you feel totally full and often bloated. You will find something which is called flora in the digestive tract. No not the butter! Its actually a microorganism and humans have around 100 trillion of these cells in our digestive tract. Raw food present the digestive system with this healthful bacteria which aids in a stronger immune mechanism and digestive system. We all want to stay looking young the secret can be found in raw food. Raw food has very high levels of antioxidant and that is really good for the suppleness of the skin which in turn helps reduce the signs of aging. Other reasons why many people try to stay with a raw food diet is because they are aware of all the chemical preservatives and additives in refined food which often can be carcinogenic.|People who take up the dietary plan are usually those who are wanting to look after their own health. But unfortunately the truth is that most people especially individuals living in urban or metropolitan areas continue to eat processed and cooked foods as their main meal and not just as a main meal but also as snacks too! Take out is cheap and effortless, and to most people tastes much more tastier than raw food. If this kind of diet meals delivered becomes the only source of nutrients for the body, health issues is sure to arise resulting in slow sickness.. Everyone knows that fast food lacks nutrients it's no secret and that's because of the absence of fruit and vegetables (No, the piece of lettuce, tomato, and onion in your burger does not count). Some essential nutrients and vitamins which the body needs a regular supply of can only be found in fresh fruits and vegetables, fried chicken, chips and burgers don't have any of these much needed vitamins and minerals. Food like this tend to be exactly what make people put on weight, its loaded with unhealthy fats which are just too difficult for the digestive system to break down by itself. On top of the saturated fats in these bad foods you should also worry about all the sugar and calories that come with it. Not everybody workouts on a regular basis, and if they have a sedentary lifestyle and they eat a lot of fast food, the risk of being obese go up. .
